- 8 oz Elbow macaroni

- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 cups Almond milk
- 2 cups Vegan cheddar, shredded
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbsp Nutritional yeast
Instructions
- Cook pasta; drain.
- Make roux; whisk milk to thicken.
