Ingredients

  • 8 oz Elbow macaroni
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Almond flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Cheddar, shredded
  • to taste Salt
  • 4 cups Cauliflower florets (as pasta swap)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta; drain.
  2. Make roux; whisk milk to thicken.
  3. Stir in cheese; mix pasta.
