Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 tbsp Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 400°F (205°C); grease pan.
  2. Mix dry then wet; fold.
  3. Bake 20–25 min until golden.
