Ingredients
- 1 cup Cornmeal
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 4 tbsp Butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven 400°F (205°C); grease pan.
- Mix dry then wet; fold.
- Bake 20–25 min until golden.
