Vegan Deviled Eggs (vegan)

Ingredients

  • 6 Large eggs
  • 3 tbsp Vegan mayo
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • pinch Paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, ice-bath, peel.
  2. Halve, mash yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar.
  3. Season, pipe into whites, garnish with paprika.
