Ingredients
- 6 Large eggs
- 3 tbsp Vegan mayo
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 0.5 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- pinch Paprika
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, ice-bath, peel.
- Halve, mash yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar.
- Season, pipe into whites, garnish with paprika.
